Which page size should I choose for an online form?

My PDF is too big for the form. What should I do?
Pick Small file under Image quality and create the PDF again. If the portal still rejects it, open Compress PDF and choose the exact KB limit printed on the form.
Can I convert iPhone HEIC photos to PDF?
