Tips before you upload documents

Scan in good light
Keep the paper flat, fill the frame and avoid shadows. A clear photo makes a clear PDF page.

Mind the size limit
After creating or merging, check the KB limit on the form. Compress PDF can bring it down to 100–500 KB.

Portals need unlocked files
Online application forms cannot open password-protected PDFs. Upload the unlocked copy.

How do I convert JPG photos to one PDF?
Open Image to PDF, select all the photos at once, drag them into the right order and press Create PDF. Each photo becomes one page. Choose A4 for printing or Same as image to keep the photo shape.
How do I make a PDF of my marksheet on my phone?
Take a clear photo of each page, open this page in Chrome or Safari, choose Image to PDF and pick the photos from your gallery. iPhone HEIC photos are converted automatically.
Can I merge PDFs that have a password?
Yes. Locked files show a password box in the list. Type the password once and the file joins the merge. The merged PDF has no password.
How do I remove the password from an Aadhaar or bank statement PDF?
Open Unlock PDF, choose the file and type the password you already use to open it. The tool saves a copy that opens without a password. It cannot guess or crack passwords you do not know.
Is a locked PDF safe to share?
Lock PDF uses AES-256 encryption, the same standard used by Adobe Acrobat. Share the password separately, for example by phone call, not in the same email.
Are my documents uploaded anywhere?
No. Every tool on this page runs inside your browser on your own device. Files are never sent to ResultMonkey or any other server.
Which is better for forms, JPG or PNG?
Choose JPG for scanned documents and photos because the file is much smaller. PNG keeps sharp edges for text-only pages but is often too large for KB limits.
